Mazin currently is the CEO and Founding Partner of Marco Strategic Advisors (Marco).Based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, Marco is an advisory and investments firm working with leading Saudi and international organizations. His expertise lies in investment banking, capital markets and regulatory development.

Mazin serves on the Board of Directors of:

Previously, Mazin was the Chairman of Saudi Fransi Capital a leading financial services provider, Head of Corporate Finance at the Saudi Capital Markets Authority (CMA) leading three departments (Listing, Funds Authorization and Mergers and Acquisitions), and later he was appointed as Commissioner at the CMA. Prior to that, he was the CEO of SAMBA Capital and Investment Management Co.

Earlier in his career, Mazin worked at the Investment Banking unit of Merrill Lynch International in London, UK. Mazin started his career working at Ernst & Young LLP (Boston) in auditing and advisory services. Mazin earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Financial Management from The University of Buckingham, UK
